SAIL utilizes dedicated Protectli® network security hardware running OPNsense® firewall software as the gateway architecture between systems.
Network Security
Our security architecture includes:

All inbound and outbound network traffic passes through the firewall before reaching internal systems.
Client File Transfer
Client files are not accepted through publicly accessible upload portals.
After project engagement begins, clients receive a unique project-specific upload link generated for their assignment. Upload links are distributed directly to authorized clients and are not publicly indexed or accessible through the public website.
This approach minimizes risk and limits access to authorized project participants only.
Encrypted Data Transmission
Client uploads are transmitted using encrypted connections and protected in transit through industry-standard TLS encryption.
Project files are downloaded directly to secured internal systems operating behind the firewall environment.
Access Control
Project access is limited to authorized personnel directly involved in the work being performed. Client materials are handled on a need-to-know basis and are not shared with third parties except where specifically required for project completion and approved by the client.
